Usually the real process lives in Excel, email, or the gap between two tools you already pay for. I find that, and build a thin slice that removes it. If it is not in daily use, we stop.

How it works

  1. A few days on site, in the actual work.
  2. One problem. Something in daily use, or we stop.
  3. If that slice sticks, we do the next one.
